Shipping Information & Returns Policy 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 business days after we receive your confirmed payment and order details.

Please bear in mind that some items are custom made and therefore processing times for orders may differ depending upon the items purchased. Custom made items and Pre ordered items will be made clear in the product descriptions and titles and  any additional processing time will be stipulated in the product information. 

 Communications from us regarding your order.
  • ​        You will receive an order confirmation email. 
  •           Then you will receive an email confirming your order has been picked and packed ready for shipping. 

  •           You will receive your tracking number and a reminder of estimated shipping timeframes. 

  •           You will receive confirmation that your order has been delivered and an invitation for feedback on your order.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AU & NZ)

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times will depend on your postage method chosen at checkout and your location for delivery. Please note this is also reliant upon a third party processing the package.

There may be potential delays due to covid-19 processes with the third party that are outside of our control. We will endeavor to keep you updated on your shipping timeframes where possible and will provide a tracking number with every order so you can monitor your package arrival with the third party directly.

 

If you require your order urgently, please contact us to confirm if urgent processing of your item is possible PROIR to completing checkout and please ensure you select express shipping when you proceed through the cart. 

For Australia and New Zealand we offer:

Flat rate shipping on orders under 2kg Australia $12 New Zealand $15.
Over 2kg will be charged $15 Australia wide and $20 for New Zealand shipping orders.

Estimated delivery times are dependent upon third party processing times, currently approximately 3-4 working days within Australia for standard postage and  5-7 working days to New Zealand. Please confirm your required shipping at checkout and contact us if you have any queries prior to completing your purchase. 

Express shipping

Australia $20 under 2kg
New Zealand $20 under 2kg
Estimated arrival time 1-3 working days Australia and 2-5 working days New Zealand. 

For any order needing express shipping over 2kg weight please contact us directly so we can ensure you are charged the correct postage. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of AU & NZ)

We offer international shipping for Countries (other than AU and NZ). 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country, generally this occurs when an order is over a certain price threshold. These are imposed on you as the purchaser by your governing immigration agents and cannot be determined or influenced by Zuberi Africa in any way. Please contact your local government immigration for country specific laws and regulations. 

 

Zuberi Africa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These are the responsibility of the purchasing customer.

Zuberi Africa will not be held liable for any import fees applies at the entrance of the parcel into your destination country. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your parcel's status with the third party delivery company. In some instances tracking numbers, although provided to us and passed on to yourself via our email may not work with the third party system until 48 hours after creation. Please allow this 48 hour window for the tracking information to become available if your provided tracking number is not registering on the third party tracking system.. 

If you are unable to view tracking information following this 48 hours period, please contact us at info@zuberiafrica.com.au with your name and order number, and we shall look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We may accept returns provided we are notified within 14 days of delivery of the package to your chosen address and the following conditions are relevant. If you have any concerns or queries about your item, please contact us directly at info@zuberiafrica.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your item and with the item in its original condition. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@zuberiafrica.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange of any item not in its original condition; even if it is damaged, if it has been damaged by fault  not of our own and outside of our control we might need to decline an exchange or refund. 
 

To return your product, for any defects or errors you should  first email your concerns to info@zuberiafrica.com.au with attached photographs of the issue. if applicable we shall provide you a return postal address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges may be offered on a case by case basis. If you need to exchange your item/s please contact us info@zuberiafrica.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item/s with details of why you wish to exchange and to what product. We will do our best to meet your needs where possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item from a third party provider. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and reasons for this decision. If an exchange is sought we will provide confirmation of details specific to your exchange request. 

If any refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card used for the original purchase. Please be aware that sometimes this can take up to three working days to appear in your account. We shall keep you updated as much as possible with the details at the time of processing. If you have any queries during the process please contact info@zuberiafrica.com.au quoting your order number. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we deem the fault is our own.  If you need to exchange an item for a different size please contact us on info@zuberiafrica.com.au advising of your concerns and requests. We shall endeavor to accommodate your requests where possible and if stock allows. You would be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional costs relating to size change or postage if your concern is merely a change in order and is not of our fault. 

AFRICAN PRINT FABRIC

We inspect our products before shipping. Products may vary slightly from those in the photograph\s due to the placement of the fabric and pattern chosen. A different pattern placement is not cause for refund but if you find any damage or defects on your item please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the concern at info@zuberiafrica.com.au and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution . 

EMBROIDERED ITEMS 

We take great care in designing and embroidering our products for you. Products may differ slightly from those in the photograph/s due to minor edits made to improve the design. Items are considered handmade therefore minor imperfections may be present that will not impact the overall design or quality of the item. We will never sell you anything that we wouldn't wear ourselves - we hold ourselves to very high quality checks. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via info@zuberiafrica.com.au within 14 days of order receipt, with the order in its original condition detailing your concerns and we shall endeavor to remedy these where possible.
